Packers Turn Back St.
Louis, 3-2 |
The St.
Louis Explorers went down to defeat to Boyle
Slocum and his Cincinnati
teammates. The final score was 3-2 in favor of the
Packers. Cincinnati now has a 3-game win streak.
It could have been a different outcome for
Cincinnati, had it not been for Wilber
Coon, the top prospect . Coon contributed a
2-run single in the top of the sixth inning to put
Cincinnati up, 3-2.
"Nice to put this one in the win column," said
Slocum.
