The New York Knickerbockers defeated the Pittsburgh Industrials, 10-4 in Game 4 of the World Series today. Earning player of the game honors was left fielder Hal Scarlet, who went 4-5 with a home run, a double, and 2 singles. He scored 4 runs. The win moves New York into a 2-2 tie with Pittsburgh in the series.
