Bobcats Heading to World Series
The fans in Cleveland are celebrating the Bobcats victory over the Chicago Traders in the League Championship Series.

They defeated the Chicago Traders 6-0 in the finale played at Union Field to capture the series 4-1.

Grammercy Locke was chosen the series' Most Valuable Player. The Bobcats right fielder batted .500, drove in 5 runs and scored 7 runs in the series.

"The Traders are a good club and I don't mean any disrespect to their pitching staff, but things just felt easy this series," Locke said. "Everything at the plate seemed right."

The Cleveland Bobcats don't know who they will face in the next round. They will play the winner of the New York Empires - San Francisco Seagulls series. San Francisco leads the series 3 games to 2. The World Series schedule will be announced after the League Championship Series finishes.
