The New York Knickerbockers took the first game of the Divisional Series in dramatic fashion today, topping the Pittsburgh Industrials 5-4 in an extra-inning walk-off win. Knickerbockers right-hander Jose Espinoza threw 7.1 innings of 6-hit ball.

The clutch at-bat came in the bottom of the tenth inning, when New York catcher Charlie Fee, facing Dave Maughan, had a run-scoring single. It gave the Knickerbockers the 5-4 win.

"If I do my job, we've usually got a good chance to win the game," said Espinoza.

The next game is set to be played tomorrow at Knickerbocker Stadium in New York.
