Divisional Series Goes the Distance, Dallas Prevails
Major League Baseball pundits who figured the Divisional Series between the Dallas Wranglers and Boston Terriers would go the distance were right on the mark.

The two teams battled back and forth in a spirited series, with Dallas coming out on top thanks to a 1-0 win in the deciding game at Bluff Park, to wrap things up 4-3.

"You get to the last game and anything can happen, so we're overjoyed to come out on top," said Wranglers left fielder Gene McLaughlin, who was named series MVP.

For the series, McLaughlin had 9 hits for a .562 average. He had 1 home runs, 7 RBI and scored 3 runs.

The Dallas Wranglers will play against the Detroit Wolverines in the next round. Detroit won their series against the San Francisco Seagulls 4 games to 2. The League Championship Series schedule will be announced after the Divisional Series finishes.
