Raucous Bluff Park Crowd Propels Wranglers to 4-0 Victory; Series Tied at 3
The Dallas Wranglers and the New York Knickerbockers will take the World Series to a decisive 7th game. Facing a must-win situation today, the Wranglers shut out the Knickerbockers 4-0 at Bluff Park to force the series into what will essentially be a one-game playoff. Dallas left-hander Dario Perez did his part. He threw 8.2 innings of shutout ball.

In his 147-pitch effort, Perez allowed no runs on 4 hits over 8.2 innings. He walked 3 and struck out 9.

"We'll take some time to unwind," said Perez, "and then get after it again."

The next game is set to be played tomorrow at Bluff Park in Dallas.
