Packers Win Divisional Round
After their 6-1 win today at Roman Arena over the Philadelphia Quakers, the Cincinnati Packers will advance to the League Championship Series. Cincinnati won the series by a 4-0 margin.

Leading the way for the Packers was first baseman David Davalos, who had a spectacular series and was named MVP.

"I don't play differently in the regular season or playoffs. I just go out and do my best every game," he said. "It's certainly nice to play in the big game, but you can't let it get to your head and change your focus."

The Cincinnati Packers don't know who they will face in the next round. They will play the winner of the New York Knickerbockers - Chicago Traders series. Chicago leads the series 2 games to 1. The League Championship Series schedule will be announced after the Divisional Round finishes.
