Already down in the Divisional Round, the Montreal Habitants put on their best show, beating the Dallas Wranglers by a final score of 5-4. Don Hill was special. He was 2 for 4 with a home run. He scored 2 times and drove in 2. Montreal now trails Dallas 2-1 in the best-of-7 affair.

Mitch Woodward was the walk-off hero for Montreal. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Habitants pinch hitter hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.

"We were a little off-kilter to start the series, but we're getting things figured out now," Montreal manager Michel Alexandre Cauchon told reporters. "At least I hope we are."

The next game is set to be played tomorrow at LaSalle Stadium in Montreal.
