The San Diego Captains got a great start from 35-year-old right-hander George Jakubowski, as San Diego won the contest, 5-3, at San Diego Sporting Complex. Jakubowski threw 7.0 innings allowing 3 runs in the win, which knotted the best-of-7 series at 2-2.

Ernie Wilkins helped his team take an early lead with a 2-run double. It came in the first inning, making the score 4-2, Captains.

"It feels a lot better to be tied than to be behind, even if it is only one game," San Diego manager Joe Mack said.

The next game is set to be played tomorrow at San Diego Sporting Complex in San Diego.
