Series Lead Trimmed to 1 for San Francisco After 3-0 Setback
Already down in the League Championship Series, the Houston Drillers put on their best show, beating the San Francisco Seagulls by a final score of 3-0. Larry Bilski was special. He threw 7.2 innings of shutout ball. Houston now trails San Francisco 2-1 in the best-of-7 affair.

Bilski, who was born in Richmond, Texas, threw 144 pitches over 7.2 innings, while allowing no runs.

"I pretty much put my pitches where I wanted to," said Bilski.

The next game is set to be played tomorrow at Mission Field in San Francisco.
