Wranglers Clonk Habitants, 3-2
|
Dallas pitcher Dave Young did his part in helping his team beat the Montreal Habitants, 3-2. The left-hander kept opposing batters from doing too much damage. With the loss, Montreal sinks to 5-3.
Chikashi Yoshimura had a critical at-bat with one out in the bottom of the eighth for Dallas. He came through with a run-scoring single to put Dallas in front, 3-1.
"Obviously, you want to go out there and be good every time out," said Young. "I take the ball every day with the same mindset."
