Pobladores Absorb 6-1 Loss at Twin Cities Stadium
Twin Cities Northmen pitcher Gary Forgette was all business, helping his team muzzle the Los Angeles Pobladores, 6-1. With the win, the Northmen have a record of 39-46.

Greg Clement had a big run-scoring double for the Northmen in the bottom of the sixth inning. With Twin Cities leading 2-1 and runners on 1st and 2nd, he got a changeup from Phil Lester, who finished 5th in the ABL in wins with 17 last year, and swatted a double to left-center. It was his 10th double of the season, and more importantly, it put the Northmen ahead, 3-1.

"My job is to throw quality pitches, go as deep as I can, and give us an opportunity," said Forgette.
