Blockbusters Lose to Industrials in Walk-Off
The home squad pulled out a thrilling walk-off win.

The performance of Keith MacPherson proved critical in helping Pittsburgh beat Los Angeles, 8-7. The Industrials third baseman was 3-5 with a home run and 2 singles, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 3. Pittsburgh reliever John Fagan was the winner. His record is now 3-2. Ken Morrison took the loss.

Pittsburgh got a clutch hit from Tim Grange. The first baseman launched a solo home run in the bottom of the tenth inning to win the game. It was his only hit in 2 at-bats, but it was a kill shot.

"Our team showed some spunk," said Grange.

With the win, the Industrials improved to 53-39.
