Bulls Suffer One-Run Loss at Denver
The Denver Burros knocked off the Kansas City Bulls, 6-5, at Gates Crescent Park. Leo Sentner was a big reason Denver won. The left fielder slugged 2 home runs, while adding 3 RBI and scoring twice. Denver leads the National Baseball League Western Division by 7 games.

Sentner had a game-changing home run in the bottom of the sixth. On a first pitch slider from Steve Estes, he banged a 2-run home run to center, giving the Burros a 6-5 lead. It was the 10th home run of the year for Sentner.

Sentner told a Denver Chronicle reporter that he was "satisfied" with the win.
