Packers Take Down Eagles, 6-4
The Packers grabbed a win, 6-4, at Monument Field, overcoming a fine effort from Washington pitcher Ramon Juarez. Juarez went 7.1 innings and allowed 3 runs. Brian Williams earned the win after being brought in from the bullpen. The right-hander allowed no runs on no hits in 1.1 innings. His record is now 3-10. Dave Young was credited with the save, his 5th in 6 tries.

Ralph King came through with a big-time hit for Cincinnati. The pinch hitter smacked a solo home run in the top of the tenth inning to give his team the lead, 5-4. It was his only hit, but it was clutch.

"We didn't let this one get away," said King.

The win elevated the Packers to 46-45.
