Extra-Inning Walk-Off Win for Burros
Denver turned a good effort from starter Dave Pelton into a win over the Chicago Traders at Gates Crescent Park. The Burros won the game, 3-2. Denver is now 61-33, 10½ games up in the National Baseball League Western Division.

The Burros were down to their final out when first baseman Alejandro Rebolledo turned a full count fastball from Randy Weisenberg into a 2-run single. The walk-off single made the Gates Crescent Park crowd go wild.

"Honestly, I'm not frustrated," said Chicago manager Larry Link. "The effort was great."
