The Los Angeles Pobladores beat the Boston Terriers, 6-4, at Atlantic Avenue Grounds. The Pobladores got a fine performance from right fielder Hamilton Craft, who went 3-4 with a double, 2 singles, and a walk. He scored 2 runs. Mike Lowe snagged the win in relief. The right-hander allowed no runs on 1 hit over 1.2 innings. He's now 3-5 on the season. The Pobladores now have a mark of 33-58.

In the top of the fourth, with the bases loaded, Craft came to the plate. He drew a walk, driving in 1 run off Vern Gould to put the Pobladores in the lead, 5-4.

"We'll just keep our nose to the grindstone," Craft told the Los Angeles Times.
