Dallas took on Chicago in front of a lively crowd.

The Dallas Wranglers beat the Chicago Hawks, 13-0, at Bluff Park. Starting pitcher Joaquin Hernandez was a big reason why. He held his opponent in check all game. With the win over Chicago, the Wranglers improved to 56-42.

Dallas starter Joaquin Hernandez was exceptional. The 6-foot-1 right-hander allowed no runs on 3 hits over 8.1 innings of work.

"Joaquin was exceptional and he pitched with a purpose," said Dallas manager William Albrecht.
