The Boston Terriers rode a solid performance from 24-year-old starting pitcher Alex Alonso to a win, beating the Seattle Emeralds, 5-1, at Atlantic Avenue Grounds. Alonso got the win, improving to 5-7. He gave up 6 hits and walked 2 over 8 innings. He allowed 1 run. With the victory, the Terriers record stands at 43-51.
