Drillers Lose to Northmen in Walk-Off
Twin Cities starter Gary Forgette turned in a competent performance at Twin Cities Stadium as the Northmen beat the Houston Drillers, 7-6. Twin Cities pitcher Jeff Jordan got the win. He's now 3-2. Rick McStay was tagged with the loss. Twin Cities is now 43-52.

The decisive blow was delivered by Steve Pavey in the bottom of the ninth when he hit a 2-run double off 28-year old right-handed pitcher Rick McStay to win the game for Twin Cities. The home crowd went nuts.

"Walking a team off at the end -- there's no greater feeling," said Pavey.
