Packers Dealt 4-2 Home Loss
Milwaukee pitcher Andy Campbell did his part in helping his team beat the Cincinnati Packers, 4-2. The right-hander kept opposing batters from doing too much damage. Campbell got the win, improving to 7-10. He gave up 8 hits and walked 0 over 8.2 innings. He allowed 2 runs. Dan Valenti recorded the save for Milwaukee, his 2nd of the season.

Milwaukee used a clutch at-bat from Ruben Galvan to capture the win. The catcher hammered a 2-run home run in the top of the fourth inning to put the Dairymen ahead, 2-1. It was his lone hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a humdinger.

"It's nice to step up when your team needs you," said Galvan.

Cincinnati's current losing streak is now 5 games.
