Atlantic Avenue Grounds was the site for American Baseball League action featuring the Boston Terriers and New York Empires.

The New York Empires handed the Boston Terriers a loss at Atlantic Avenue Grounds. The final score was 12-3. Rick Lintner was one of the major contributors for New York. In addition to his 2 singles and 1 home run, he scored 2 runs and drove in 2. The win hiked the New York record to 63-48.
