It took 16 innings to settle this one.

Boston first baseman Don Bozza contributed significantly to his team's 4-3 win over the Montreal Habitants. Bozza, who is tied for 3rd in the ABL in hits with 121, went 2 for 5 with 1 run scored to lead the offensive attack for the Terriers. The Terriers go to 49-65, putting them last in the American Baseball League Eastern Division.

Bozza had a game-changing home run in the top of the 16th. On a 2-0 sinker from Eric Roe, he banged a solo home run to left, giving the Terriers a 4-3 lead. It was the 7th home run of the year for Bozza.

"We made a couple of mistakes," said Montreal skipper Michel Alexandre Cauchon, "and it cost us."
