Generals Losing Streak at 6 After Extra-Inning Loss to Terriers
The Boston Terriers rode a solid performance from 20-year-old starting pitcher Ken Torkelson to a win, beating the Atlanta Generals, 4-2, at Atlantic Station Field. Sergio Cisneros notched his 3rd save of the season. The losses continue to mount for Atlanta, which has now dropped 6 in a row.

Boston took advantage of an error in the top of the 11th inning. The game was tied, 2-2, when Bob Madaras hit a 2-run single that was misplayed. It put the Terriers in front, 4-2.

"I thought we played a nice game," Madaras told the Boston Times. "Good pitching, timely hitting, it was all there."
