Skip Crawford was dynamite at San Diego Sporting Complex, blowing away the San Diego Captains in a shutout victory. The Chicago Traders starter had everything working as he held the Captains to 2 hits in the 1-0 win.

"He was pure nasty out there today," said San Diego skipper Joe Mack. "I don't think any team in the league would've had a chance against what he was bringing."
