Boston Gets Riveting Walk-Off Win
Dallas got a terrific game from shortstop Mike Weatherby. It wasn't enough, though, to prevent the team from falling to Boston, 8-7. Weatherby went 3 for 4 with a home run and 2 singles. He drove in 3 runs and scored once. The Terriers have now won 5 straight.

Eddie Hernandez was the walk-off hero for Boston. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Terriers center fielder hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.

"What a great game, great atmosphere," Hernandez said.
