The home crowd had a good time watching the Seattle Emeralds and Twin Cities Northmen get after it.

Twin Cities right fielder Carl Jacobs was a significant contributor in his team's 7-5 triumph over the Seattle Emeralds. He was 2-4 with a home run. He drove in 3 runs and scored once for the Northmen. Bob Freeland, who is tied for 6th in the ABL with a 6.7 K/9 rate, was the winning pitcher. Over 7 innings, he allowed 5 runs on 8 hits, with 1 walk and 4 strikeouts. Earning his 20th save of the year was Rick Lindstrom.
