Wranglers Topple Terriers with Late Rally
The Dallas Wranglers cut down the Boston Terriers by the score of 5-2, with the largest share of the credit going to first baseman Duane Simmons. Simmons slugged 2 home runs for the Wranglers. The victory gives the Wranglers a record of 74-61.

Simmons had a game-changing home run in the top of the eighth. On a 2-1 sinker from Joe Clabaugh, he banged a solo home run to right, giving the Wranglers a 3-2 lead. It was the 27th home run of the year for Simmons.

"I love to hit," said Simmons. "As long as I keep loving it, the game's going to love me back."
