Bulls Fight for 6-5 Win
Due in large part to first baseman Chris Taylor, the Kansas City Bulls sunk the New York Knickerbockers, 6-5. Taylor hit 2 home runs, while adding 3 RBI and scoring twice. Kansas City reliever Bob Crosby picked up the win, upping his record to 5-3. Ray Barger took the loss. The win for the Bulls lifted their record to 76-60.

Taylor had a big at-bat with the bases empty in the bottom of the eighth inning, when he hit a solo home run. The Bulls went on to win.

"We couldn't have scripted it any better," Taylor said in his postgame press conference.
