The first-place Denver Burros picked up another win.

The Denver Burros topped the Los Angeles Blockbusters, 6-3. Francisco Castro, who is tied for 3rd in the NBL in complete games with 14, engineered a dominant performance. The Blockbusters, now 61-79, have lost 5 straight.

Castro gave Denver an exquisite performance. The right-hander allowed 3 runs on 4 hits over 9 innings.

"I didn't want to let them take the game from my hands," said Castro.
