Hawks Take Tight Tangle
Chicago beat Houston on the strength of starting pitcher Dan Lee's fine effort. The right-hander led his team to a win, 4-3. After today's action, Chicago sits at 66-86; Houston slips to 77-75.

The decisive blow was delivered by Felipe Chavez in the bottom of the ninth when he hit a solo home run off 30-year old left-handed pitcher Bill Switzer to win the game for Chicago. The home crowd went nuts.

"We did enough to win," said Lee.
