Bobby Peters Reaches 200 Wins

"It felt like it was a postseason game, one out at a time," said his manager. "It was something special to see."
The 34-year-old Peters picked up his 200th career victory at Union Field. He hurled 9 innings, gave up 8 hits and registered 6 strikeouts along with 2 walks.
"I've worked a long time for this," Peters said. "I can't believe it's really here. It feels great!"
His career stats show that Peters has racked up 200 victories and 128 defeats and has recorded an ERA of 2.65. He also has fanned 2576 batters in 3197.1 innings and allowed 2602 hits.
