Dominant Performance by Gross in Twin Cities Win
|
The Twin Cities Northmen went home winners at LaSalle Stadium, thanks in large part to starter Gerald Gross. Gross stifled the Montreal Habitants, enabling Twin Cities to grab the 5-1 win. With the win, Twin Cities pushed its record to 81-74.
Gross, who was born in Pasadena, California, threw 107 pitches over 8 innings, while allowing 1 run.
"Got a lot of swings and misses today," said Gross.
