Fonseca Records 4-0 Shutout Against Cincinnati
|
Washington Eagles hurler Alex Fonseca logged a 3-hit, complete game shutout over the Packers, stopping them, 4-0, at Roman Arena.
"I felt great out there," Fonseca said in his postgame interview. "After the second or third inning, I got real comfortable. Hopefully this is a building block for me. I'd love a few more starts like this."
He rung up 6 strikeouts and gave up 1 walk in the performance.
