Blockbusters Get One-Run Win at San Diego
The Los Angeles Blockbusters picked up a win at San Diego Sporting Complex, knocking off the San Diego Captains, 3-2. On the mound for Los Angeles was left-hander Billy Duprey. He played a key role in the triumph. The winner was Duprey. He threw 8.0 innings of 6-hit ball. The loser was Mark Pike. Fred Wild earned his 28th save in 35 tries.
