The Dallas Wranglers earned a win at Bluff Park, stopping the Seattle Emeralds, 5-2. Starting pitcher Dan Crumm played a big role in his team's success. Crumm picked up the win for Dallas, going 7.1 innings. He gave up 2 runs on 8 hits. He now sports a record of 6-1. Earning his 9th save for Dallas was Dario Perez.

Pat Simmons had a big run-scoring double for the Wranglers in the bottom of the third inning. With Dallas leading 2-1 and runners on 1st and 2nd, he got a curveball from Mike Harris, who is tied for 6th in the ABL in innings pitched with 238.2, and swatted a double to left-center. It was his 26th double of the season, and more importantly, it put the Wranglers ahead, 3-1.

"You come to the ballpark to do your job and that's what I did today," Simmons told the Dallas Chronicle.

The 4th-place Wranglers sport a record of 83-77.
