Lords Win with Late Rally
The Baltimore Lords outlasted the Houston Drillers in an extra-inning thriller.

Baltimore first baseman Danny Fierro was a significant contributor in his team's 5-4 triumph over the Houston Drillers. He was 2 for 4 with a home run and a walk, while adding 4 RBI and scoring once for the Lords. Baltimore now sits at 87-74, while Houston falls to 88-73.

Baltimore used a timely hit from John Balliet to get the win. The second baseman stroked a run-scoring double in the top of the tenth inning to put the Lords ahead, 5-4. It was his only hit in 1 at-bat, but it made an impact.

"To not win that game stings a little bit," said Houston manager Jared Placeholder.
