Fulmer Delivers Walk-Off Win for Pobladores
The Houston Drillers could not turn a fine performance from pitcher Danny Prentice into a win. Instead, the Los Angeles Pobladores prevailed, 6-3. Prentice threw 8.0 innings of 4-hit ball. Los Angeles reliever Leon Fairley got the win, raising his record to 1-0. Oscar Contreras was tagged with the loss. Los Angeles is still hoping to get on a roll. The win is just their 7th in 19 games.

Los Angeles got a knockout punch from Keith Fulmer. The shortstop hammered a 3-run home run in the bottom of the ninth inning to win the game. It might've been his only hit, but it decided the outcome.

"This place was rocking at the end," Fulmer said.
