Mitchell Now 3-2 Following 3-0 Win

The Los Angeles Blockbusters topped the Milwaukee Dairymen, 3-0, in National Baseball League action at Milwaukee Municipal Stadium. The standout performance belonged to Los Angeles pitcher and Mobile, Alabama, native Larry Mitchell. Fred Wild notched his 1st save of the season. The Dairymen fall to 7-12.
Larry Mitchell was masterful. The right-hander allowed no runs on 3 hits over 8.2 innings.
"I tried to mix it up, keep them off balance," said Mitchell.
