Thanks in large part to second baseman Rob Isenbarger, the Pittsburgh Industrials beat the Denver Burros, 7-6. Isenbarger went 3 for 5 with a double and 2 singles. He drove in 3 runs and scored once. Denver falls to 12-8.

Isenbarger had an important at-bat with a runner on 3rd in the bottom of the sixth, when he hit a run-scoring single. The Industrials went on to win.
