The home crowd had a good time watching the Boston Terriers and Baltimore Lords get after it.

The Baltimore Lords did not need a flawless effort from starter Bart Dunsley, not with their offense hitting on all cylinders. Baltimore dispatched the Boston Terriers, 14-2. The Lords, with just their 6th win so far in 1975, have yet to catch fire.

Tim McNeely had a big 2-run triple for the Lords in the bottom of the first inning. With Baltimore leading 1-0 and runners on 1st and 2nd, he got a curveball from 19-year old right-handed pitcher Nate Edwards and swatted a triple to right. It was his 1st triple of the season, and more importantly, it put the Lords ahead, 3-0.

"What a dreadful effort on our part," said losing manager David Molina. "Someone will need to scrape us off the pavement."
