Dairymen Absorb 7-5 Home Loss
The 1975 season began for the Milwaukee Dairymen with a loss to the Los Angeles Blockbusters at Milwaukee Municipal Stadium. The final score was 7-5. Los Angeles left fielder Jim Brookins had a fine performance. Larry Mitchell, who led the NBL in strikeouts with 178 last year, was the winning pitcher. Over 7 innings, he allowed 2 runs on 5 hits, with 3 walks and 4 strikeouts.
