Atlanta Generals starter Erv Couch turned in a workmanlike performance against the Toronto Hurons at Atlantic Station Field. For the Hurons, the loss makes them 8-13.

Rich Page dealt the Hurons a blow in the bottom of the second. Batting with runners on 2nd and 3rd and Atlanta trailing 1-0, Page hit a 1-1 slider for a 2-run single.

"We were able to get some things going offensively," said Page.
