The Milwaukee Dairymen had to overcome a good performance from Denver pitcher Dave Church to claim a 3-2 win at Milwaukee Municipal Stadium. Church went 8 innings and allowed 3 runs. Mike Brown locked down his 3rd save.

Guillermo Morales hit a run-scoring double off Dave Church in the bottom of the sixth, which put the Dairymen in front, 2-1. In addition to the double, Morales had 1 single, while going 2 for 4.

"We just try to have good at-bats, whether we're winning, losing, or tied," said Morales.

The win puts Milwaukee at 10-13.
