Seagulls Suffer One-Run Loss at Houston
A 4-RBI performance from the two-time All-Star Mark Sisson helped the Houston Drillers beat the San Francisco Seagulls, 6-5. Francisco Castro picked up the win with 7 innings of work. He allowed 5 runs on 9 hits, while walking 4 and striking out 1. On the season, he is now 1-0. The Drillers, now 2-1, have been playing some good baseball.

Sisson contributed a big hit, a grand slam home run, for Houston in the bottom of the fifth. With his team trailing 3-2, Sisson took a forkball from Jimmy Trent and stroked the home run to right-center. His 1st home run of the season allowed the Drillers to leap in front, 6-3.

"Good teams find a way to win close games," Sisson said.
