The Los Angeles Pobladores went down to defeat to Barry Gilmore and his Dallas teammates. The final score was 3-2, in favor of the Wranglers. Los Angeles drops to 12-16.

The Wranglers got a clutch hit from left fielder Pat Simmons. In the bottom of the tenth, he hit a run-scoring single to center, to win the game for the Wranglers.

"Barry was doing a good job pouring in strikes," said Dallas manager William Albrecht.
