Traders Lose to Dairymen, 8-3
Milwaukee pitcher Arnie Keilman did his part in helping his team beat the Chicago Traders, 8-3. The right-hander kept opposing batters from doing too much damage. In 9 innings, Keilman surrendered 7 hits, while striking out 3 and walking 0. He allowed 3 runs. The loss makes Chicago 2-2.

Leon Hughes had a big run-scoring double for the Dairymen in the bottom of the sixth inning. With Milwaukee leading 3-2 and a runner on 1st, he got a curveball from 30-year old right-handed pitcher Jose Mojica and swatted a double to center. It was his 1st double of the season, and more importantly, it put the Dairymen ahead, 4-2.

"Arnie was doing a good job pouring in strikes," said Milwaukee manager Brandon Dudley.
