Boston picked up a win at Seton Hill Stadium, bumping off the Baltimore Lords, 6-4. Pitcher Tim Jepperson was a major reason the Terriers emerged victorious. Sergio Cisneros, credited with the win in relief, is now 3-1. He allowed no runs on no hits in 1 innings. Red Topic, summoned from the bullpen, notched his 2nd save.

Boston relied on the bat of Mike Cash to get the win. The left fielder ripped a run-scoring triple in the top of the 11th inning to put the Terriers ahead, 5-4. For the game, Cash had 1 double and 1 triple in 3 at-bats.

"A lot to like, just frustrated that we came up short," said Baltimore manager Steve Read.

The loss lowers the Baltimore record to 17-13.
