Big Day for Lamons as Knickerbockers Down Dairymen, 10-4
Due in large part to shortstop Dwayne Lamons, the New York Knickerbockers sunk the Milwaukee Dairymen, 10-4. Lamons went 3-4 with a home run and a double, while adding 5 RBI and scoring once. The victory gives the Knickerbockers a record of 19-16.

New York grabbed the momentum in the top of the fifth, when Lamons hit a 3-run home run off Andy Campbell. His 1st home run of the season put the Knickerbockers out in front, 6-3.

"We did more than enough to get the win," said Lamons.
