Packers Win at Los Angeles, 6-1

Stan Timmons left his imprint on the 6-1 Cincinnati win against the Los Angeles Blockbusters. Timmons, who is tied for 5th in the NBL in stolen bases with 10, went 2-4 with a home run and a walk. He scored 3 runs and drove in 2. Armando Estrada picked up the win, lifting his record to 3-3 on the season. He struck out 3 and walked 0 in 6 innings, while yielding 1 run. Cincinnati goes to 14-20, Los Angeles to 17-17.
Early in the game, Timmons had a 2-run home run for Cincinnati. It was his 6th home run of the season and put the Packers on top, 2-0.
"I think it speaks for itself, I think we came out and we played our kind of baseball," said Timmons.
