Industrials Rally to Eke Out Win
The outcome was not decided until the very end at Allegheny Field.

The Pittsburgh Industrials handed the Denver Burros a 6-5 loss in 10 innings at Allegheny Field. Alex Robinson, who was drafted in the 3rd round of the 1965 draft, was the star on offense. He went 3-5 with a home run and a double. He scored 3 times. Pittsburgh reliever John Lonergan picked up the win, upping his record to 2-1. Craig Kelly took the loss.

Pittsburgh fans at Allegheny Field were rewarded for their support of the Industrials with a nice win.

"There's no quit in this team," said Industrials manager Vincent Wicker.

With the loss, Denver sinks to 2-2.
